A fantastic opportunity has just arisen to work for one of the world's biggest names in iGaming based in Gibraltar who are looking for a Senior CRM Analyst to join their team and lead a number of projects around CRM, Campaigns and marketing analytics.
THE COMPANY:
This market leader in online gaming have won numerous awards for the CRM, Marketing and branding. They are now pushing the boundaries in their interactive games and as a result of this investment, they are looking to grow their dedicated advanced analytics team.
THE ROLE:
- Define, transform and structure data so that the data is ready for analysis.
- Investigate, interpret and understand complex unstructured data and translating that into value driven insights for various CRM campaigns across all brands.
- Present valuable insights and solutions to business problems across different areas to key stakeholders
- Looking for ways to innovate the brand's Customer relationship and interaction based on analysis findings.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experienced analyst with a strong CRM or Customer marketing background.
- Broad analytical toolset including: Excel, R, SAS, MINER, MICROSOFT SSAS
- Strong SQL skills
- Great communicator
- A good knowledge of Sports and Interest in Sports betting
